The ABAR1 is an active balanced-to-unbalanced audio converter designed to enable the connection of any Crestron Home CAT5 Balanced Audio source to a conventional unbalanced stereo line-level input. Connected at the input of an Adagio system or CNXPAD8A audio distribution processor, the ABAR1 allows a Crestron Interface for Apple iPod (CENIDOCV) to be installed up to 500 feet from the central equipment location. It is also compatible with the Crestron iServer Network Audio Server (CENISERVER), and many other "CH" CAT5 Balanced Audio products.
